With 18 years experience, Monica Taylor specializes in all things blonde and beautiful. After working in multiple states and cities including Nashville Tn. Monica has gained exstensive experience in balayage, highlights and color corrections. It was Monica’s dream to open her own salon and curate a sense of belonging and comfort in her studio. Elixir Hair Studio was built to provide the community with a hair care experience they could feel good about.

An Ormond Beach native, Olivia has been practicing cosmetology for over two years in the Central Florida area. Her passion for styling, cutting, and coloring hair is best exemplified by her specialties: blonding, balayage, and lived-in color. In her free time, Olivia enjoys traveling the world, sunny beach days, and learning new cosmetology techniques and trends.

Hayley is a Florida native who has been working in the industry for 9 years in the Central Florida area. She specializes in balayage, lived in color and vivid hair. In addition to coloring she has 2 years experience with creating wigs and absolutely loves customizing fun wigs. In her spare time she enjoys painting, kayaking and spend time with her rescue dog, Roscoe.

Morgan was born, raised, and studied cosmetology in New Jersey, She moved to Volusia County a year ago to ditch the harsh winters and live by the beach! Morgan’s been in the beauty industry for 6+ years now specializing in all things haircolor! She loves vivids, blonding, balayage, grey coverage, and even a challenging color correction. When you sit in Morgan’s chair she wants you to know you are safe, seen, and heard; she wants nothing more then to help you feel as beautiful as you are!! When Morgan’s not behind the chair you can find her reading, diy-ing something, or outside adventuring with her fiancé phil and dog stella.

Carli has been working behind the chair for 7 years. She’s always had a love for hair since early childhood. Carli values continued education and stays current with the latest trends. Educating her clients on home maintenance is something she’s very passionate about. Being able to connect with her clients and making their hair dreams come true is why she fell in love with this industry.

Courtney has been in the beauty industry for over 8 years. She specializes in blonding, balayage, lived in color, and Grey blending. Courtney values continued education and keeping up with the latest beauty trends. When she’s not behind the chair, her and her husband are busy raising 2 beautiful boys! She loves being a mom and having a career she’s passionate about! Courtney will be behind the chair most evenings and on Saturdays..

Ari is a Florida native and has been in the hair industry for over Five years. She specializes in copper, lived in color and shaggy hairstyles. She thrives on making her clients feel welcome and their best! When she’s not at the salon you can catch her staying up to date on the newest trends, outdoors with her dog Juniper, crafting or checking out a local market.
